Happy 2008!

We had the best weather for flying when we left Colorado Springs early Christmas Eve morning. We arrived in California just in time for Christmas Eve festivities with Mom and Dad, Mark, Nancy, Steven and Jacob. (Not without a detour because Mark got lost on the way home!)

One of the Christmas surprises we found under the tree at Grandma's (ok, there was no tree) was Cory. He got off watch and drove up the state! What fun it was to see and talk to him after 7 months!

Mark annointed me Queen of Christmas and I frantically handed out Christmas presents while we enjoyed snacks and fresh shrimp!(ok, Steven took over, then Papa, then Jacob,then Mark, who was the best Santa of all! But what would a Myers family gathering be without someone taking over!

After Cory being awake for about 50 hours, we settled down all snug in our beds for a well needed rest!
