This is a really good summer salad. Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Boiled Egg
Barbequed Chicken
Shrimp
Onion
Toss lightly with a citrus dressing! Yummy!
I also made a fruit pizza. I've been opposed to them, but finally tried it...so delicious!
Spread sugar cookie dough in a pan, any size and bake it. Let it cool.
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cookied dough and top with:
Sliced strawberries
Blueberries
Kiwi
Manadarin Oranges or anything you want! If you need a visual I can take a picture!
