Mid February

Well it was a week of rolling with the flow. On Monday I had a lot of fun presenting a training for 3.5 hours. The teachers seemed really receptive to what we were talking about and I had a good time doing it. I was relieved when it was over, and actually thought we could relax and have a weekend where we did nothing

Wrong!

Mickey started feeling bad, went to the hospital, and long story short has to have her gall bladder and a kidney removed due to Cancer. This was not relaxing. My sweet friend is not feeling well and we are doing everything we can to comfort her and her children until they can get here.

Her surgery is on Wednesday and if you believe in saying prayers, say one for her,it would be greatly appreciated!

Cory is out to sea for an underway and should be back in port soon. He must be getting used to these voyages, I haven't heard from him :(
