Spring 2008

Today really started the beginning of the activities in Bailey. We scheduled our first meeting in preparation for the third annual Emily's Parade. We also are moving forward with plans for the drop in center in Bailey which provides afternoon activities for the middle school and high school aged students. I serve on this board and it is my wish that it will turn into a boys and girls club providing care for children age preschool through 12th grade.

I made two kind of roll ups today to serve in various meetings. You might enjoy the ideas....

First one: cheese cake filling in a tortilla roll up with a strawberrry on top.

Second one: Taco seasoning mixed with cream cheese. Spread this on a tortilla with pico de gallo and shaved turkey, roll it up and cut it.
